Shipping Methods & Costs
We partner with multiple courier services to provide reliable delivery across Pakistan.
*Free Shipping:** Available for orders above PKR 6,000.
*Standard Shipping:** A flat rate of PKR 250 applies to orders below PKR 6,000.
Processing & Delivery Time
* Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
* Standard delivery time is estimated to be 3-8 business days.
* Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules and unforeseen circumstances.
Advance Payment Policy
* For orders exceeding PKR 25,000, advance payment is mandatory. Our team will contact you with payment details after order confirmation.
* Orders will be dispatched upon receipt and confirmation of payment.
* Customers with a history of canceled, rejected, or refused deliveries will be charged an additional PKR 300 on their subsequent orders.
Shipping Restrictions
* Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
* Specific delivery time slots cannot be requested as deliveries are handled by third-party courier services with their own schedules.
* Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistani national holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately atsupport@acebeauty.pk. We will work with you toresolvethe issue and, if necessary, filea claim withthe shipping carrier. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required forthe claim.
