What payment methods do you offer?

To place an order, browse our catalog, select the items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout on our website.

Yes, you can change your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team via phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Every brand has a different country of manufacturing; some brands have multiple manufacturing countries. The best way to verify this is to confirm with the particular brand or their official profiles.

How do I place an order?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfer. Credit Cards are in progress.

What are the delivery charges?

We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 230 for all orders across Pakistan.

Orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days after confirmation.

We have hired one of the best courier companies in Pakistan for delivering all your orders to your doorstep.

Are the products original?

Yes, all items are 100% original. We only stock authentic products from trusted suppliers and official beauty brands.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are allowed within 7 days. If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the shipping charges. If it’s a change of mind or size, you’ll be responsible for return shipping.

Product exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your product. The exchanged product will be shipped to you right away.

 

If your return request is not approved, we’ll inform you of the reason. Your product will then be sent back to your provided address.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours once your request is approved. You can choose to receive the amount in your bank account or as store credit.

We take the best possible measures to pack your order securely, but since some makeup items are very delicate, it can happen. In such cases, you need to share proof of damage within 3 hours of receiving those items, and we will compensate you in the form of a discount coupon as per the actual damage within 4-5 working days.

If you receive a damaged item or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your invoice and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
