# acebeauty.pk Returns & Refund Policy

At acebeauty.pk, we are committed to providing you with high-quality skincare, cosmetic, and perfume products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy for returns and refunds.

### Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

acebeauty.pk accepts returns for unused, unopened merchandise still in its original, sealed packaging and in the same condition as received. You must initiate a return within 7 days of purchase.

Due to the nature of skincare, cosmetic, and perfume products, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or have a broken seal.

### Customer Responsibilities for Returns

Customers are responsible for returning merchandise via a reputable courier service at their own expense to acebeauty.pk’s designated address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

### Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

*   Products that have been used, opened, or have a broken seal.

*   Shipping fees, bank charges, or any other third-party processing fees incurred during the original transaction are non-refundable.

*   Sale items (see ‘Sale Items’ section below).

### Refund Process (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, acebeauty.pk may take 3 to 5 working days for a thorough inspection and initiation of the refund. We will notify you upon approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card) within a certain number of days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

### Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

1.  First, check your bank account again.

2.  Then, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3.  If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@acebeauty.pk.

### Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items might not be refunded. Please check the product description or contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a sale item’s return eligibility.

### Exchanges (if applicable)

acebeauty.pk only replaces items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please send an email to support@acebeauty.pk with details and photo evidence of the damage/defect. You will then be instructed to send the item to acebeauty.pk via a trackable shipping service.

### Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

Customers are responsible for covering the expense of returning merchandise to acebeauty.pk’s address for both returns and exchanges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
